This version of the Database includes launches through December 31, 2022, and has been posted at http://ucsusa.org/satellites in both Excel and tab-delimited formats, with separate versions of these files containing only the official name of the satellite in the case of government and military satellites, and the most commonly used name in the case of commercial and civil satellites.
There are currently 6,718 active satellites in the database. The changes to this version of the database include:
• The addition of 1,321 satellites
• The deletion of 157 satellites
• The addition of and corrections to some satellite data
