This document provides an interagency implementation plan to guide the actions of the U.S. Government in addressing orbital debris challenges. The Orbital Debris Implementation Plan directly supports the United States Space Priorities Framework, with a focus on addressing the safety and sustainability of the space environment due to intended and unintended orbital debris events. This document supports and is consistent with National Space Council-led interagency work implementing Space Policy Directive-3.
