  5. Leapfrog R&D

  7. Access to space

Phased Implementation

  1. 2018-2019: Setting conditions for growth – Established Space Agency, initial investments
  2. 2019-2021: Engaging opportunities – International partnerships, infrastructure investments
  3. 2021-2028: Delivering success – Further investments in R&D, robotics, access to space

Measures of Success

  • $1 billion inbound capital investment
  • 8.5% annual industry growth
  • 20,000 additional jobs by 2030
  • Regulatory systems for effective and safe operations
  • Inspire 10 million Australians per year
