Young adults report the highest frequency; one-third of those under 30 interact with AI at least several times a day. In contrast, 54% of adults 65 and older say they interact with AI less than several times a week.

About 46% of those with a postgraduate degree use AI several times a day or more, compared to only 20% of those with a high school education or less.
