International civil Earth observation coordination committee
Description
Coordinates civil space-based Earth observation programs and promotes exchange and interoperability of satellite data. It brings agencies and related organizations together to improve the usefulness of observations for societal decisions. Its work supports cooperative planning, technical coordination and data access across institutional boundaries without replacing the authority of member agencies.
